My mission is to enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service and by building strong internal partnerships, particularly with the Product team. This approach aligns with delivering innovative solutions through collaboration and a shared vision. My role allowed me to bring diverse perspectives to the table, fostering a culture of continuous learning and mentorship. Most recently, as Senior Manager Professional Services, my responsibilities included leading pre-sale and post-sale engagements, contributing to customer acquisition and retention. I played a pivotal role during M&A activities, establishing processes for seamless integration of acquired companies and developing comprehensive training materials for our Consultants. These efforts were instrumental in maintaining a high-performing team focused on delivering quality customer experiences.
