Business Analyst supporting both iOS and Android versions of Costco Mobile App in US, Canada and UK. Most recent feature included working in a collaborative environment across multiple areas of business to build a strategic plan, elicit the business requirements and to define req. to develop the Costco Digital Membership Card. This will include member rewards and member renewal data presented within the mobile app. Costco.com, Photo,Pharmacy, Fuel, Warehouse, Special Events and Business Center are additional areas of business I collaborate with by representing mobile stakeholders across multiple areas of the business. Business relationship management, strategic planning, process analysis and requirements elicitation.
