Always looking to learn and grow, I seek opportunities that challenge me while allowing me to be of service to others. I'm passionate about wellness and helping folks to find their own personal magic to empower and care for themselves. Trauma informed and solution focused, I meet others where they are and walk along side as they navigate what comes next. I have worked with at risk youth and in a variety of service roles. As a manager, I do my best to empower my team to have a voice and a say in things that impact them, to advocate for them to higher management and owners, and to create a healthy and supportive work environment. As a coach my role to to cheerlead, provide tools and support and tailor my approach to the needs of my clients. I aim to walk my talk, with regular breath and meditation practices to consistently support my own well being, along with knowing when I need some time off to rest and reset so I can come back full force to support those around me. My journey of self care has taken me to yoga, Ayurveda, burlesque, meditation, and breathwork. And now, I'm sharing what I've learned with anyone interested in experimenting with the tools and practices I've gained and developed over the years.
