About Erin Fox

With over 15 years of experience in the field of behavioral health, I am currently the Executive Director at AMS of Delaware, a leading provider of opioid addiction treatment and recovery services. I oversee the clinical and administrative operations of the organization, ensuring the quality, safety, and effectiveness of our programs and services. I also work closely with our partners, stakeholders, and regulators to advocate for the needs and rights of our patients and staff. My core competencies include substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, mental health, clinical supervision, program development, and strategic leadership. I have a BA in Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, and I have acquired multiple certifications and trainings in various aspects of treatment and recovery. I am passionate about innovation and leading growth in the behavioral health field. I believe in a compassionate, and evidence-based approach to treatment and recovery, and I strive to create a supportive and inclusive culture within our organization and community. I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices, and to collaborate with other professionals and experts in the field.
