About Erin Glidden

I'm the person in the friend group that always knows what's going on. Special occasion coming up? Here's the to-do list. When is that thing happening? Next week, here's the plan. Last minute pet sitter? I've got you. I'm that odd mythical creature who enjoys airports. All that to say - I really love project planning and organizing.I've had the privilege of a career that has brought me through a whole spectrum of tech from gaming to government. I've had a lot of industry-specific titles, but the one that sums it all up in a neat package is 'project manager'. And I love what I do.My big thing is process improvement and team building. Implementing new methods of planning, tracking and organization. Opening communication lines between teams and with clients. Because when you have a good team, the rest comes easy.I’m interested in process planning & implementation, coaching and leadership. I get very excited about QA testing and test planning because fixing defects scratches my problem-solving itch.Thank you for indulging me a moment on the soapbox, I appreciate you. I’m open to connecting with others to talk about methodology and opportunities.
