Driven and inspired to help empower women in Delaware to follow their dreams. My objectives are to help educate more women while understanding culture plays a major role in how women are actively and positively engaged. I believe teaching women how to support each other on this journey of life is priceless. I am helping to design programs for women to go back to school, make budgets, get childcare, take care of their health and how to educate their own children with enthusiasm. Mental health is a risk factor for women. Taking care of your mind is so important and there are many women that suffer with mental health issues and in turn their families suffer. It's all about building self-esteem and self-confidence through education and physical and mental wellness. Many of our troubles come from the fear of change.
