About Erin Hager
My Starbucks journey began November 21, 2009. I was a stay-at-home mom to my three toddlers, but when my husband lost his job, we agreed that since I had the Bachelors Degree in Business Management, it would be a good time for me to search for a job to at least "get us by" until he found a new job. Over 8 years later, I've turned Starbucks into my passionate career. I have been in a variety of different store environments, from a tiny mall kiosk to a high volume drive thru; a 24 hour store right off the fwy to the largest square footage store in Southern California, and a few others thrown in. Each team of partners and management team has helped develop another piece of my personal growth.
