About Erin Hoyle

I’m dedicated to navigating clients through complex government or internal investigations and providing strategic solutions to mitigate risk and enhance compliance programs. I never lose sight of the fact that these circumstances can be make-or-break moments for companies and individual clients. I started my legal career representing clients in bet-the-company-commercial litigations and for nearly 10 years have defended clients in civil qui tam/whistleblower actions, employer retaliation claims, and government enforcement proceedings. I curb clients' concerns and fears by building strategic defenses that allow them to devote more time to meeting business objectives and sleep better at night. I regularly speak and write on the False Claims Act, corporate compliance, and protecting the attorney-client privilege and work product doctrine (especially for in-house corporate counsel). I'm passionate about supporting women in the legal profession and actively mentor associates at my firm. I'm also active with the ACC Tampa Bay and the Women in White Collar Defense Association. My success as a lawyer comes in no small part from incorporating my identity as a woman, wife, and mother of 3 incredible girls into my professional role. Outside of work, I enjoy farm stays, reading as much as I can, and cheering on my kiddos’ sports teams.
