About Erin Kuzz

I practise exclusively labour and employment law on behalf of employers, an ever expanding and dynamic area of practise. I assist employers in every aspect of the employment relationship, from pre-screening and hiring to employment contracts, to training and development, to dealing with health and safety, human rights or employment standards issues, to helping non-union employers stay that way and assisting unionized employers in dealing with related issues such as bargaining and grievance arbitrations to the issues involved in ending an employment relationship. Labour and employment law is one of the few areas of practice that affect all of us at one time or another, either as employees or employers, and that's part of what keeps it interesting and relevant. We are always on the lookout for new team members (both staff and lawyers) who would thrive in an environment focused on client service and supporting colleagues.
