Throughout my career I have had progressively increased levels of responsibility and worked directly with various stakeholder groups both internal and external. Whether it is direct reports, peers, managers, executives, clients or outside stakeholders, I make sure that I am prepared and have no issues communicating clearly and effectively regardless of the subject matter. I have prepared complex financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting outputs while leading teams of various size in finance, operations, IT and payroll to ensure appropriate processes and controls were in place to support everything within those areas. All while managing a multitude of other operational items and leading change management initiatives for the organizations I supported. I have a passion for making financial information and processes relatable and understood which I exhibit everyday in the way I work with people. I believe in constant process improvement which is successful when it’s approached together, with the right mix of process and tools. My career has been filled with change management and process improvement initiatives that have helped me progress in my career and has helped those organizations manage more effectively.
