In the past few years I have continued to display my in-depth knowledge of the requirements as well as the process and procedures needed to fulfill not only what was required of a band 2 but also that of a band 3 analyst. This led to my promotion in May 2021 from a Band 2 Scheduling Analyst to a Band 3 Scheduling Analyst; as well as my promotion in September 2022 from a Band 3 Scheduling Analyst to a Band 4 Scheduling Analyst. I continue to put my schedule and program first, ensuring that all requirements are met in a timely manner. In addition to being the lead scheduler on my program, I have also worked with my program team as our schedule went through a full OTS/OTB last year. I have worked to ensure that we are remaining compliant while also ensure that there is cost and schedule integration during this time. While my program was working this OTS/OTB we were also working a LRIP proposal. I led the effort on this proposal with a huge assist from another scheduler. While working both projects I had to use to my time management skills to ensure that I was able to prioritize each project to ensure that neither one of them fell behind or would be late to schedule.
