I bring a wealth of experience in driving growth and efficiencies through a customer-centric approach. I have successfully planned and executed strategic objectives and key results in both private and financial organizations. Currently, I manage, support, and enable delivery teams to execute the Corporate Strategy. I excel in driving change by identifying and implementing efficient processes and systems. As a member of the Portfolio Delivery Standards Operating Committee, I contribute to the vision of making work understandable, purposeful, and valuable for Export Development Canada’s customers. By planning and monitoring OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with defined quarterly measures, I enable senior leadership to make informed decisions and mitigate risks. Key achievements include supporting business and executive stakeholders on strategic programs and initiatives such as Environmental Social Governance (ESG), Enterprise Risk Management (Financial Crimes), and Business Continuity Management.
