I have over 18 years experience working in both government and the private sector, volunteering with various organisations and chairing a not for profit board. During this time, I have developed skills enabling me to work on policy formulation and implementation, particularly in regard to improving the lives of people living with a disability. Being a person living with a disability, I have first hand experience in appreciating the challenges. I have a Bachelors degree in Criminology and Justice from Edith Cowan University, a TAFE Diploma in Community Welfare Work and volunteer as a Justice of the Peace.
