Some Background Information:I started working at McDonald's the week I turned 16 years old. My mother asked to speak with the manager a week before my birthday. I filled out an application and scheduled an interview that day. After McDonald's, I was hired at Italian Terrace as a waitress. The first month was rough, but gradually I learned how to wait tables with ease. I realized I loved talking to new people every 30-45 minutes. I continued at Italian Terrace until I went to college.During freshman year in college I worked at Subway a few shifts a week as a cashier. When I went home at the end of the spring semester, I was hired at The Bon-Ton (Macy's in the North East). I started in the men's department, but filled in for other departments as needed. When I came back to college, I transferred to the Ithaca Bon-Ton.I stayed in Ithaca the Summer before junior year, so I started at Collegetown Bagels. I ended up staying at CTB for two years, until I graduated. I floated to whatever position was needed that day: barista or sandwich artist. I filled in for shifts at other locations if staff was short and I worked evenings when the catering department needed support for weddings, bar mitzvahs, etc.After returning from college, I waited tables and tended bar at Applebee's and then waited tables at the Lewisburg Hotel until I moved to Atlanta to work for Bruster's.I have a very strong background in customer service and working with different personality types. I enjoy fast past positions and am quick on my feet. I haven't yet met a situation that I couldn't handle.
