About Erin Monaghan

I've been entrenched in the healthcare industry for my entire career. It was a privilege to provide care and compassion to patients in their most desperate moments as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. I found my true calling providing clinical training and mentorship to multidisciplinary students within the Hospital. I took the leap to a Healthcare company as Clinical Applications Specialist performing product and device demonstrations. Responsible for pre-sale support, installing new cardiorespiratory equipment and training staff on how to use them, leading workshops and seminars for the equipment and software. My clinical experience has always served me well and given me a unique perspective to manage projects and deliver practical hands-on training. The pandemic required me to evolve and pivot to provide clinical training virtually. I successfully gained the aptitude and skills necessary to accomplish bringing customers along in this journey so they didn't miss a beat.
