About Erin Moraghan

My career-long mission is to help revolutionize our communities through authentic connection. We know that when humans feel a sense of belonging, individuals, families, and communities begin to thrive, and new paradigms can be created. I work with small to medium sized businesses and not-for-profits, helping organizations create the framework and systems for growth and success. I have worked extensively in healthcare, wellness, and social services, and have also supported conscious businesses in commodities, finance, and insurance. Believing in the power of women and girls, I co-founded She Runs the World, a program that provided free and accessible wellness and mindset coaching to girls 11-15. As a non-Indigenous Canadian, I have also linked arms with Indigenous female entrepreneurs and innovators to host Upriise, a series of panel discussions and events for individuals and businesses. Our goal is to amplify Indigenous and non-Indigenous female voices to co-create a healing, decolonized path forward for all. Out of deep gratitude for my mentors and coaches, I run an annual mentorship program with young entrepreneurs and change-agents, and love collaborating with other mentors to lift our rising stars.
