About Erin Mullaney

I’m a creative and connector at heart with over ten years of experience guiding clients, teams, and businesses toward their goals. A graduate of the Hubbard School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Minnesota, I bring a balance of strategic thinking, technical skill, and genuine curiosity to every role. I’m equally energized by the quiet focus of analyzing performance data as I am by the shared excitement of leading a team training or celebrating a bride’s “yes” moment. While currently at Anthropologie Weddings, my career spans multiple industries and disciplines beyond retail including client management and marketing, each refining my approach to leadership and growth.
