With over four years of experience in the health insurance industry, I am a Quality and Risk Adjustment Coordinator at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where I support assigned practices in activities to improve quality and Star Rating performance for Medicare Advantage. I am a licensed insurance agent with skills in process improvement, cash register, and hospitality industry. As a subject matter expert on Medicare Advantage Provider Engagement programs and Star Ratings requirements and objectives, I communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders, manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and proactively seek solutions and resources. My goal is to enable and facilitate the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective care for our members and providers.
