About Erin Ohair

Erin O’Hair is Board Certified as both an Adult and Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She received her graduate level training with a master’s from University of California, Irvine and a doctorate from California State University, Fresno. Her undergraduate work was completed at Marymount University in Arlington, VA. Before joining Pine Park Health, Erin managed a team of advanced practice providers at Caremore, where she started her NP career as a field nurse practitioner. Prior to that, Erin worked as a registered nurse in the surgical and trauma intensive care unit at University of California, Irvine Medical Center. Before relocating to California, Erin cared for patients in the medical and neurology intensive care units at Virginia Hospital Center. Erin believes in delivering individualized primary care, chronic disease management and palliative care to her patients in the comfort and privacy of their assisted livings. She is passionate about keeping her patients from unnecessary emergency room visits and hospitalizations that can diminish quality of life. Additionally, Erin believes that family communication and involvement is vital to treating patients holistically.
