My background includes a diverse range of experience, including Quickbooks, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Check Printing, reconciliation, tax preparation, employee recruiting and onboarding, customer service, and product management of several initiatives. I have worked within an Agile SDLC for 7+ years, including stakeholder and product manager roles for several order processing and employment verification applications. I am a self-directed, organized multi-tasker, and currently run a call center with over 50 order processors, and 10 leads, while acting as product manager for the order processing program interface initiative. I have a broad base of knowledge in working with sales, accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, Paychex payroll, customer service, and IT. I have worked with colleagues at all organizational levels from end user to CEO. As the Operations Manager for the Verification of Employment division, I am familiar with personnel procedures, onboarding, budgeting, departmental management, and organizational processes. I am skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. I am an efficient and solution-driven professional with a strong blend of expertise in Product Management, Client Services, Customer Relations, and team leadership.
