I'm a Family Nurse Practitioner who thrives in a dynamic environment, learning new skills and solving complex challenges. With over eight years of dedicated service in high acuity, critical care nursing, I have honed my nursing skills at one of the busiest children’s hospitals in the United States. During this time, I had the privilege of holding leadership roles within the Pediatric ICU, where I was responsible for educating colleagues to ensure the best patient outcomes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement of care. Additionally, I expanded my horizons by serving as Clinic Director for a testosterone replacement clinic where I led a team to provide specialized care. Each of these opportunities sharpened my clinical expertise while cultivating exceptional interpersonal skills, fine-tuning my ability to be thorough, yet concise in order to provide high-quality care for my patients.
