About Erin Porter

As a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Ole Smoky Distillery LLC, I had a strong passion for ensuring the highest level of quality and consistency in products. With 5 years of experience in the spirits industry, I developed a understanding of quality control processes and procedures. My role at Ole Smoky Distillery LLC allowed me to not only oversee the quality of our products, but also to collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and meet industry standards. on my time there I gained my certifications as a PCQI, OSHA 10, and a Certified Supervisor through ICPM. I am actively using these skills in my new role at Newport Family Dental Care. With my attention to detail and strong analytical skills, I have been able to identify and resolve potential issues before they become major problems. In addition to my technical expertise, I believe in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, where each team member is empowered to contribute their unique skills and ideas for those that are on my team or who's team I am a part of. I always want to encourage people to their highest potential, ensuring that they grow not only as reliable team members, but in their personal selves. I am always looking for new opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills!
