About Erin Rollo

Erin is currently the Business Operations Senior Manager of the Lunar Exploration Campaign (LEC) Market Segment within the Commercial Civil Space (CCS) Line of Business. In this role she is responsible for building and leading a team of financial analysts to support the strategic, fast paced and dynamic market segment focused on new business and exciting technologies. Erin is a Finance & Business Operations (F & BO) professional with many years of finance experience at Lockheed Martin. Collective experience demonstrates a cross-functional approach to building business acumen within F & BO including roles in program finance, contracts, FP & A, and estimating. Each consecutive experience has added the building blocks necessary to become an effective leader and is evident by the continued growth in responsibilities and more complex work scope. She operates with a commitment to delivering results, being accountable for actions and products, maintaining effective communication, performing with agility, and holding a mindset aimed at continuous improvement. Erin is a Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) and a Finance Leadership Academy (FLA) graduate.
