Hi there! Welcome to my profile! I had the privilege of working for a prestigious medical spa for over ten years, where I gained comprehensive experience in various business aspects. I began as an Aesthetician and quickly became an integral part of the company. As an Aesthetician, I performed a wide range of procedures, including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels (from mild PCA peels to those utilizing Levulan Kerasticks), photodynamic therapy, Dermapen with PRP, and assisted with PRP procedures, including blood draws and centrifuge operation. Additionally, I administered ThermiSmooth, collagen stimulation devices using microcurrent, Endermologie, VelaSmooth, Viora, Triactive, and CoolSculpting. In my role as a Patient Coordinator, I utilized VISIA Skin Analysis Software, assisted medical professionals with consultations, managed patient post-procedure aftercare, handled follow-up calls, and scheduled patient appointments. As the Public Relations contact, I independently collaborated with local charities and events, coordinated regular and annual events for 150+ attendees, and liaised with vendors and caterers. I am deeply grateful for the knowledge and growth I experienced at Allure Image, which I will carry with me throughout my career. Upon relocating to Texas, I shifted my focus to business management, enhancing my administrative and training skills. I learned to adjust my team to meet monthly KPIs, and my exceptional organizational and planning abilities ensured smooth business operations. I continued to train and mentor Aestheticians when possible, inspiring my team by leading through example. I prioritized customer service, ensuring each customer felt valued and appreciated, fostering strong customer relationships that are vital to business success. I remain thankful for the dedication and hard work of my wonderful team. I currently work as a Sales Support Coordinator for Capital Group and I was able to apply everything from my past career in the spa industry to successfully perform this current position in the finance industry.
