About Erin Shoemaker

I believe human connection is the backbone of any successful business. With a Bachelor of Business Administration and Hospitality Management under my belt and years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have developed excellent skills in interpersonal communication, organization, and time management. I am able to efficiently meet multiple deadlines within the same time frame and I thrive off a job well done. I am employed at Langdon Hall as a Manager-in-Training. This program allows candidates to wear many different hats as they rotate through 4, 6 month placements within the property. Currently holding the title of HR Coordinator, I am learning how to manage internal team dynamics, on-board and recruit new team members, and keep an organized and approachable office environment. I am enjoying the challenge of constant change and look forward to my next role in this distinguished establishment!
