About Erin Spindler

As an Improvement Manager at Dow, I support planning and scheduling corporate initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution fit, testing, data transition, and migration. I also assist with defining new and improved planning and scheduling work process & system solutions and continuous improvements driven by the business. With a technical aptitude to understand system integration and troubleshoot system issues, I partner with the regional planning & scheduling organization to identify region-specific scenarios. Additionally, I lead and/or support the deployment of all planning and scheduling initiatives for the region. Prior to this role, I was a Work Process Coach at Dow, where I designed and implemented an onboarding program for new planners/schedulers, provided training, support, and escalation support, assisted in project rollouts, and created documentation and work processes. I have a strong background in elementary education and teaching, which has helped me develop effective communication and interpersonal skills. I am passionate about improving processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
