As a Senior Product Specialist at AlphaSense, I specialize in the Stream Expert Network Library, a transcript library of interviews with former executives, customers, competitors, and channel participants of publicly traded companies. I have a Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre from Otterbein University, and I leverage my creative and communication skills to drive user engagement, impact renewal retention rates, and provide user support and training on Stream. I also have experience in real estate, hospitality, and theatre, which have honed my customer service, team leadership, and continuous improvement competencies. In my current role, I work with hedge fund analysts and portfolio managers who want to improve their time-to-decision with a more efficient and cost-effective way to gather qualitative insights about their target companies in various sectors. I help them to access and navigate the Stream Expert Network Library, which offers a revolutionary and award-winning search engine that helps them to instantly cut through the noise and uncover critical data points that others miss. I also onboard new users, monitor usage rates, and solicit feedback to enhance the product and service quality. I am passionate about delivering value to our clients and contributing to the growth and innovation of AlphaSense.
