With over 27 years of work experience in the automotive industry, I am a seasoned leader and expert in quality assurance, customer service, and publications. My mission is to deliver exceptional service and support to customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. I am passionate about working with diverse and talented teams, and have contributed to various projects and initiatives across different divisions and functions.In my most recent role as Assistant Manager in Customer Service, I managed a staff of 50+ Customer Service employees, overseeing high-priority and escalated cases. I also conducted data analysis, and quality assurance checks to ensure proper customer handling guidelines were followed. Additionally, I served as the North American Secretariat for Standard Operating Procedures, coordinating with other regions and divisions to create and maintain consistent and effective processes. In this role, I leveraged my skills in quality assurance, and process improvement.
