About Erin Warwick

I am a passionate Regional Director of Operations in a post-acute rehabilitation setting, and a licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant. My professional healthcare work history started as a COTA/L in skilled nursing and home health settings, which quickly developed into healthcare leadership as a Director of Rehab role over single and multiple sites with various contracted therapy companies. Leadership success lead to Regional Management opportunities, and is an environment I thrive in! I am proficient in leadership training, team building, management of rehabilitation operations, assessment of KPI, healthcare compliance, clinical programming, PointClickCare, NetHealth, and Microsoft office. My primary professional attributes include leadership skills initially developed during six years of service in the United States Army, and an educational history of a Bachelors of Science in human biology and psychology from Boise State University, and an AAS in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Brown Mackie College.
