A driven, dedicated leader of multiple product teams with sixteen years of industry experience with a proven track record of high-quality products delivered on time. Mentoring our growing product team has been a top priority and I have experience creating structured performance standards across key growth areas, started several education series on customer voices, product training, industry knowledge, and internal stakeholder perspectives. In my time in product management, we have tripled our ARR, received multiple patents for our products in software, and created and delivered on audacious, but achievable roadmaps projecting out a quarter, year, three-year, and five-year goals. We have recentered the voice of the customer as our top priority, used strong data and analytics to drive decision making, and began creating career paths and planning for all product employees.
