Background

About Erin Wright

I am the Principal of Ordinis Advisory, providing Interim CFO and governance advisory to mid-market organisations navigating growth, capital events, leadership transition, and ownership change.I am engaged either as an embedded Interim CFO, stepping into the CFO role with accountability for outcomes, or as a governance and CFO advisor, supporting Boards and executives with judgement, structure, and decision discipline during periods of complexity or heightened scrutiny. My experience also includes supporting organisations to prepare for mandatory climate and sustainability reporting, including the development of GHG emissions reporting roadmaps aligned to AASB S2 requirements. This work is focused on governance, readiness, sequencing, and integration into existing finance and risk frameworks, not technical emissions calculation.I work alongside accounting and audit firms, not in competition, and do not provide tax, audit, compliance, or assurance services. Engagements are mandate-led, time-bound, and designed to strengthen governance, build confidence, and preserve trusted advisor relationships.
