I love hearing directly from users—whether in cleanrooms or clinics—and translating their insights into smarter, safer, more effective products. Before product management, I built my career from the ground up—starting as a pharmacy technician and rising to Pharmacy Operations Manager, where I led a large inpatient team and spearheaded complex, multi-site projects across a healthcare system. That hands-on experience shaped my systems-level thinking and deep understanding of healthcare workflows. At BD, I took that operational expertise into the tech space, implementing cloud-based software solutions that improved pharmacy efficiency and patient safety.
