About Erminio Finelli

Graduated in Economics, with a propensity and passion for graphics and technology, I started my career at Healthware in 2011 as a Graphic Designer, working mainly on the creation of UI and digital content for eDetailing and mobile applications (iOS and Android). Deepening my passion for development, I joined the Creative Technology team as an Interactive Developer working on the digital development of eDetailing presentations and mobile applications for several clients including: Abbott, Abbvie, Astrazeneca, BMS, Boehringer Ingheleim, Daiichi Sankyo, MSD, Novartis, Pfizer, Roche, Sanofi, Shionogi and deepening my knowledge of different distribution environments (Veeva, Cegedim, Pitcher, iBriefcase, Harvie). In the following years, I started studying User Experience, focusing on new technologies and their usability paradigms, working for the Experience team as User Experience Designer in the realization of web and mobile projects for several pharmaceutical and health companies including Sanofi, Boston Scientific, Orthofix, Bayer, Roche, Amgen, Pfizer, Menarini, MSD, Abbvie, Gilead, Alfasigma, Biogen, Biontech, Polifarma, Teva, Mylan, Servier, Sifi, Dompe, Paginemediche. Since 2016 I'm part of the Core Team in charge of organizing one of the most important digital health events in Europe: Frontiers Health. In particular I take care of the realization of the show and the management of the presentations on the main stage. Since 2017 I joined the blog team of Digital Health Italia and Digital Health Global as author and consultant to foster the spread of articles on digital health. Since 2019 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic I have been involved in the transformation of the Frontiers Health physical event into an hybrid one working with videoconferencing and streaming platforms (Zoom, Webex, Teams Live, ManyCam, VMix). Since 2020 I have been continuously involved in the organization, creation and management of hybrid and virtual events. I have deepened my knowledge of the most important videoconferencing and streaming platforms, creating international events as well as workshops and webinars for several pharmaceutical companies including Biogen, Malesci, Pfizer, Sifi, Amgen. From June 2021 I started a new career in ITSVIL working as contractor for CCH Tagetik | Wolters Kluwer as UX Specialist, working on the redesign of the whole experience and UI assessment and helping to speed up a mindset changing about UX.
