I have a strong background in Tourism, and hold a Diploma in E-Business majoring in Business and e-commerce. I am skilled in using Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo GDS, NDC or Various Platform and Portals for Airlines Reservation and Ticketing and accommodations reservation, and I have received multiple awards and certifications for my outstanding performance and Excellence locally and internationally. As the Managing Director of Fath Erna Resources, my personal business; a company that supplies Muslim products and provides customized installation services for Masjid and Surau, I have been leading the business operations and customer relations for over seven years. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality carpet installation projects for Masjid in Sarawak, with the endorsement of the Federal Government Minister. I have also served various clients across Malaysia. My mission is to find satisfaction in putting a smile upon my customers' faces, and to widen my horizon of knowledge by experiencing new things.
