Accounting Expert with 10 years of experience. I specialize in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with accounts reconciliation. Having been to merchandising, manufacturing and services type of business, I must say I have quite the experience in the accounting field. I don’t just do my job just to finish my 8 hours of work. I am passionate and always have given the best version of myself. In fact, I have been one of the AP Pinnacle Awardees for 2 quarters in my first 10 months in Dover Business Services. I was also one of the top processor during e-payables migration in Bombardier Finance Shared Services back in 2018. The main reasons why I am this motivated towards my job is my eagerness to know my capabilities. Having been to different processes has taught me that there are still many things that a person can do than just hitting KPIs. Personally, I do feel satisfaction whenever I reconcile/resolve something and see my name on top of the list. It always boosts my confidence whenever my efforts are recognized, may it be monetary or verbally. Aside from being an employee, I am also a mother of a 3-year-old boy. Being a working mom in a hybrid set-up has really made my life much easier which is why I am so blessed to be a part of the BPO industry, for not everyone is given the opportunity to work at the comfort of their homes. And aside from that, I do love music and arts, which is why on my restdays, if given the luxury of time, I spend it having karaoke sessions and honing my painting skills.
