About Erna Listiawati

I am a Bachelor of Laws from Nusantara Islamic University who has a high interest in law, public policy, human resources, event management, and public relations, with expertise in problem solving supported by being a solutive individual, thinking analytically and critically of all phenomena that occur. Individuals who easily learn new things, communicative, interested in learning various fields and individuals who show leadership through the organization. I have work experience as a Legal & HR Generalis and Legal Administrative Assistant at the Sinergi Foundation which is a philanthropic institution in the city of Bandung. Then, Internship at the Constitutional Court in 2022 and gain insight in improving law enforcement, contributing to progress and openness of law with society, and achieving better order and regulation. In addition, during college until now, I am active in various activities of the Regional Government, Ministries, NGOs and other communities. I am the Adjutant of the Governor of Millennial West Java, namely Mr. Ridwan Kamil in 2020 and will take office in October 2021. Equally important is the meaning the organization has for me, so I am also active in organizations on campus and off campus. On campus, I was active in the Mootcourt Community where in 2020-2021 I served as the Research and Development Division, and in the next stage I became Secretary General of the Mootcourt Community in 2021-2022, with achievements in the new management, namely contributing ideas for related activities. with legal arguments through archiving training, trials, debates in internal competitions to gradually advance to the national level for the pride of the community and the alma mater. Off campus, I was one of the initiators who attended the West Java Future Leaders and Innovators Forum (JFLIF) Plenary Meeting with my current position as Research and Development Secretary 2022-2024. And as a form of contribution from the nation's children and society, I also initiated the PEKA Friends (Care, Creation, and Action) as a form of hope that the younger generation can continue to innovate and collaborate. Of course, all of these activities did not interfere with my high enthusiasm in the academic field with a GPA of 3.86 by successfully completing college in 3.5 years. I am looking for opportunities to contribute to work in the Legal Industry to apply my knowledge and high interest with responsibility, rigor and commitment.
