About Erna Pardede

After 18 years in aerospace engineering and corporate leadership to entrepreneurship, I now focus on real estate investing and entrepreneurship. My husband, Ferdinand, and I own residential properties across the US and overseas. To scale our portfolio, I switched to multi-family investing. I am a co-general partner in one of Texas’ multi-family deals and a limited partner in Florida portfolios. We also own and operate a private assisted living business in California. I serve as the chief of staff for Community Growth Foundation/Continental Realty Group, which is dedicated to cultivating and nurturing a faith-based multi-housing ecosystem. Continental Realty Group is a national institutional investment sponsor specializing in multi-family assets. It has more than forty-two years of commercial real estate investment experience. Continental Realty Group's economics research system is one of the multi-family industry's most comprehensive predictive analytics processes. I also dedicate my time as a member of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Educational Counselor program. I volunteer to guide prospective students in discovering their passions and determining whether MIT is the right fit for them. As an alumna of the MIT Leaders for Global Operations (LGO) program, which focuses on Systems Engineering and MBA, I am driven to give back by motivating young engineers and professionals to invest their time and resources wisely. Outside my professional endeavors, I enjoy staying active and building connections with fitness friends.
