About Erna Triana

My experience is TVC Producer in advertising agency. When I worked as a Producer, I understood, I have to be the bridge of collaboration success between clients, team & PH while ensuring every project goes smoothly from start to finish. I have to had a deep understanding of strategy and creative. Technology and trends knowledge are my weapons; integrity and confidence are my traits. And As an AE/Client Service, I understood as a important link between agency and its client. and I have to understand client’s goal and the organise the agency’s creative and staff to help produce effective job. From those experiences, I learnt about negotiating with clients, building strong vendor relationships, dealing with business partner, attention to detail, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. I want to continuously improve the way the world works and lives. I want to build a rewarding career and be part of an inclusive team. And I'm always interested to learn about new things. Learning by doing is the best way. I want taking advantage as much as I can to explore more opportunities (e.g ATL, BTL, Digital, Media, etc). If I'm only stuck in one subject, afraid to leave my comfort zone, and not open to learn new things, I definitely won't survive in this rapidly changing industry. and It's important for me to understand the smallest parts of a system before working on it. I am sure. There's way to do things faster with a better result. I am actively looking for a job right now and I shall be available for immediate Joining
