Worked as senior desktop support and system administrator at Philippine’s largest credit card company. Supporting more than 400 end-users. Providing support on technical, system and network concerns. Supervise other IT engineers. Handle network and data center administration of more than 40 Servers. Wintel System running on VMWare and IBM Servers. Network and system security using Checkpoint Firewall and Trendmicro antivirus products. Experience data backup and data restoration with Veritas Backup Executive. Knowledge on Cisco routers and switches configuration. Joined French based multinational company in the Philippines in 2008; one of the world’s top smart cards and contacless card manufacturer who also does card and chip personalization. Functions as an IT/IT Security Officer. Handled personalization network security with Cisco PIX and Cisco manageable switches. Use DELL for servers and desktops. Ensure achievement of annual VISA and Mastercard certification for the Philippine site. Joined Philippines 2nd largest credit card company in 2011 as desktop support lead. Handling 8 desktop support and 5 helpdesk agents supporting more than 1,600 desktop and laptop users. Acts as backup system administrator. In 2014, re-joined the French based MNC as a regional IT Support for Asia. Supported Philippines, China, Taiwan, Hongkong, Taiwan, South Korea, India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia.
