I’m not your average Product Manager — I’m a UX-born, design-led strategist with a rare blend of hands-on business analysis, user experience design, and product leadership. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve helped build, ship, and scale digital products for the FinTech, Remittance, Telco, and Insurance sectors, often serving customers who are first-time users of digital financial services. At Hello Group, I led multi-country teams across South Africa, India, and Mauritius. I designed and launched products that make money movement, mobile banking, and insurance not just functional, but human. I built our UX team and introduced a unified design system across all customer-facing platforms, improving consistency and accessibility for digitally unskilled users. My strength is bridging the gap between business strategy, customer needs, and development reality. Whether I’m mapping complex systems, running user research, or driving MVP delivery with cross-functional squads, I keep everyone aligned around outcomes, not just outputs. I’m obsessed with building products that serve people with empathy, scale with intention, and grow with data.
