About Ernest Hogan

With over three years of experience in leading and training diverse teams in the field of behavioral health, I am a compassionate and effective leader who can adapt to changing roles and needs. I currently direct a team of individuals who provide care to people living with substance use disorders (SUDS) at ReDiscover, a nonprofit organization that offers a range of services and programs for mental health and substance abuse recovery. I have developed and utilized skills in crisis intervention, coaching, wellness and health coaching, motivational interviewing, disease management, trauma-informed care, person-centered treatment, problem resolution, and customer service. I also manage the budget, programming, and maintenance of the inpatient facility and vehicles. My mission is to empower and support my team and clients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. I am passionate about learning and growing in my field of expertise and contributing to the success of ReDiscover and the community.
