6 years in the Air Force directly after graduating. Once I was honorably discharged from the military, I started out as a roustabout on a small utility boat (John E. Graham & Sons) in 1997. I worked myself up from roustabout to Director of Operations over a 26 year period balancing a family, work and continued education. I focus on people development, supporting people, and management of people. At the end of the day the people are the ones producing the results. HSE focus on delivering safe operations. If you do things right, maintain your equipment, then the financial results and efficiency in operations will follow. One of the things I love about this job is you never stop learning.
