Mr. DeHoyos has more than 35 years of experience in the Information Technology industry with over 30 years in management. He is now the Vice President of National Sales and Marketing for eSystems. Prior to this he served as Vice President with Maximus in Program Modernization Consulting supporting consulting services for Unemployment Insurance modernization initiatives as well as Child Support, Child Welfare and Integrated Eligibility. Prior to that he was part of Government Solution Business Development and Sales for TCS supporting their UI modernization solutions. Other engagements have been managing Citizen Relief Services within Xerox'​ Business Process Services. He supported HUD CDBG funded programs in rebuilding of housing and infrastructure projects post natural disasters. Prior to rejoining Xerox (formerly ACS) he served as bSolv's SVP of Business Development and Product Sales. Prior to joining bSolv, Mr. DeHoyos was a Vice President for ACS State and Local Solutions. Mr. De Hoyos was responsible for business development of State government initiatives as well as providing account management in the Eligibility space of Health and Human Services. He worked closely with senior program management of state government agencies and maintained steady and positive relationships for ACS. o Primary area of experience is in the Health & Human Services area supporting welfare, child welfare, child support enforcement and agency administrative systems. o Understands the complexities of working with State government and the legislative process that funds the various programs. o Thorough understanding of Case Management and Eligibility systems. o Has supported many states throughout his career helping develop technology strategies and providing recommendations for eligibility systems procurements.
