As the Manager of Respiratory Care and Ancillary Services at Garnet Health, I oversee the delivery of high-quality respiratory care services to patients across various units, such as Critical Care, Emergency Department, Medical/Surgical, and Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation. I also manage the day-to-day operations of the Polysomnography Lab, and the Pulmonary Function Lab, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. With 10+ years of clinical experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), I have developed strong skills in advanced life support (ALS), mechanical ventilation, bronchoscopy, pulmonary function testing, and sleep studies. I am also a certified Epic Credentialed Trainer, and I have successfully trained and mentored staff on the use of the electronic health record system. I am passionate about improving patient outcomes, enhancing staff performance, and optimizing operational efficiency in the respiratory care field. I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Health Care Administration and Management, to further expand my knowledge and skills in this dynamic and challenging industry.
