Be Different stems from a desire to create a unique experience for our clients, candidates and the staff we employ like never before. For us, recruitment is about building relationships that stand the test of time and ensuring that all parties are satisfied at the end of the process. We work with a plethora of different clients from Indie start-ups, to AA studios scaling at pace and the big boys creating monster projects! In addition to having industry leading expertise, we are keen to ensure we're giving back to the wider community and as such we donate 5% of every fee to charity. This split equally between the hiring manager and candidates charities of choice! To date we have donated in excess of to 250 charities.
