About Eron Redmayne

G’day Eron’s my name, and I'm the co-founder of a people & talent brand called Brightside Collective. Brightside is a beaut little biz that's geared at helpin’ digital, technology, and creatively-led businesses solve people problems through recruitment, kick-ass talent strategies, and a whole lotta business perspective. And underneath this umbrella? Well, it is home to two other cool brands, Kodi Talent, and Fraction. More to come on these two beautiful businesses in time to come… But me? Well, I’ll help you build the two most valuable assets in your business, your people, and your culture. And whether it’s a one off project, building a BIG team, or helping you create your very own in-house recruitment strategy; then I’m here for it! Outside of life as a business owner, I'm a proud mama of two gorgeous little people [Lola + Lenny] and they tend to keep me pretty busy! I’m also a BIG fan of great food + wine, carefully curated cocktails, and good tunes. Fancy chatting about how to solve some of your people problems, or need help with your next career move?
