About Errin Mahnken

I'm a Husband and Father who became a seasoned IT professional that specializes in designing and implementing global networks that are built for hybrid cloud deployments while maintaining security and ensuring business continuity. Each one of my designs are tailored to an organization's idiosyncrasies and business objectives. I have worn many hats in my IT career: Help Desk technician, Network Administrator, Network Engineer, Project Manager, and IT Consultant. As a result I have been exposed to many environments that prepared me to work in large and small teams. This knowledge has led me to an understanding of how to best design and implement global networks that are ready for tomorrow's next great idea. Ultimately the culmination of my experience has taught me about myself and what I am capable of- Customer service is by far the most important skill. It is not what you say but how you say it- Having smart people is only half the battle. If your company chooses the wrong processes or is too big to change, then less innovation can occur in the front lines where it matters the most.(To your customers)-Accountability and Integrity are all I have at the end of the day. I will not risk either for a few dollars. I enjoy making new professional acquaintances. Reach out if you want to talk about technology, networking, or guns:)
