About Errol Catanes

I am a US Air Force Veteran leveraging 17+ years of military and government organizational experience ranging from aircraft maintenance, ISR, inventory management, mobility readiness, and administrative support within those departments. As a result, I have a deep well of knowledge, a broad set of skills, and an agile ability to adjust to any ops-tempo environment. These experiences have made me process-minded, service-oriented, tech-savvy, and collaborative. Additionally, I attained an MBA to augment my operational capabilities even further. The most important lesson I learned during my time was that communication was key and lock, handle, door, room, and often the whole house. When my department went under the command of US Special Operations, we inherited a unique and immense challenge. We transitioned from a pure intelligence gathering function to a special operations mission support arm. As an accomplished process manager, I led my team from the front to build relationships with several partners and vendors. Through a solid operational thought process, we revised our policies and procedures to match our new command-and-control directives in six months, half a year's proposed deadline. Another lesson that stuck with me throughout my personal and professional career is my relentless curiosity. As soon as I completed my MBA, I began studying for my Communications Management Professional certification. In the meantime, I will expand my repertoire of data visualization, editorial organization, trendspotting, and content performance improvement using various multimedia tools.
