About Ershad Ibrahim

With a strong foundation in team leadership and customer relationship management, my current role as Sales Supervisor at AKV Smart Solutions-an Emirati Partner for Etisalat SMB, sees me overseeing a dynamic sales team in Dubai. Our focus is on delivering exceptional results and driving revenue by providing the team with direction, motivation, and guidance, which has led to a significant increase in productivity. At Etisalat UAE, we built lasting partnerships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored telecommunication solutions. Leveraging expertise in CRM systems and active listening skills, our team excelled in fostering customer loyalty and expanding market presence. My multilingual fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam ensures that communication remains seamless, facilitating a superior customer experience.
