About Erson Isheev

I’m an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in venue management, functions & event coordination, and guest services—most notably with the ALH Group across multiple venues in Melbourne. In my roles as Assistant Manager and Function & Event Coordinator, I’ve led day-to-day operations, overseen functions and gaming rooms, managed rosters, and supported recruitment and staff development. I’m proud of the strong relationships I’ve built with both patrons and team members, and I’ve consistently brought energy, reliability, and a solutions-focused mindset to every role. Now relocating to Sydney, I’m looking forward to bringing my experience to a new team and taking on fresh challenges. I’m someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and genuinely enjoys working with people. Colleagues know me as approachable, hands-on, and committed to high standards—whether I’m managing a function, solving problems on the fly, or simply helping create a great experience for every guest.Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with a camera in hand, exploring the outdoors, or planning my next camping trip. I find balance in nature and creativity, and I love capturing moments that tell a story—just like I do in hospitality.
